Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on May 29 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                              
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN)                                                                               
      "An Act relating to development project financing by the                                                                  
      Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority;                                                                       
      relating to the dividends from the Alaska Industrial                                                                      
      Development and Export Authority; relating to the meaning                                                                 
      of 'net income' and 'unrestricted net income' for purposes of                                                             
      the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority;                                                                   
      authorizing the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                                                  
      Authority to provide financing and issue bonds for a                                                                      
      liquefied natural gas production system and natural gas
